Get out and get moving!

If I were to add another ‘key’ to health -getting out and getting moving would be it . Its important to get our bodies moving. Its great for our circulation system, great for emotional balance and our looks. Many people struggle with motivation for this and I think its because they forget about how good it feels and the benefits OR they do a hard, strict, over the top regime and it doesn’t feel good just exhausting and painful!

Like all long term change it should be taken at your own pace , step by step. Life is for living make sure you enjoy it. Get moving for at least 30 minutes each day.

Yoga

Walking

Many people start with a simple Walk , you can do it by yourself , in your lunch break and there is no extra equipment (accept some walking Shoes) or training needed. Or if you want a more structured session you could do a class THAT YOU ENJOY, I like Yoga. Or you can try something that is completely out of what you usually do like a Contemporary Dance Class.

Mix it up, get creative, enjoy sports again, take the time for yourself.

It doesnt matter what you do but for good health and a great life get out and get moving.
